Ensuring support for children of separated parents is a federally funded program. Ensuring financial contribution by non-custodial parent(s) for the child is a core task. Knowing the non-custodial parents’ willingness and ability to pay is useful in determining the correct coercive actions ranging from helping the parent to learn a skill or get a job to revoking driving license and incarceration. Radix developed model using extensive case history data to classify each parent into willingness-to-pay and ability-to-pay buckets.
