Appropriate for well-defined projects. The project scope is fixed and timeline and budget agreed prior to project commencement.
Suitable for clients requiring full control & scalability. A dedicated team is provided to the client and the team reports directly to the client.
Suitable for clients who need continuous support, insights, and consultations. A fixed agreed amount is paid monthly/quarterly. Typically this is for ongoing support and maintenance for long-term engagements.
Appropriate for clients who want to develop their in-house analytics capabilities. We are engaged to provide expert advice, assessments, and strategy development, rather than hands-on analytics services.
Appropriate for evolving projects where the project scope is hard to fix in advance. Billing is based on actual time spent based on mutually agreed rate for the resource.
Clients subscribe to a set of analytics services or platforms, paying a recurring fee.
A combination of the models above may be offered to meet specific project needs and client preferences.
